Workshops
13th and 16th April, 2010
9.00 - 4.00
In order to improve business performance and productivity through e-health, it’s not enough to simply implement new technologies and strategies. Unless there are clearly defined goals and consensus on the achievable benefits, change can lead to further complications in business activity.
Attend this workshop to develop strategies to implement business change projects through case-studies and group analysis. This will include:
- Defining project success
- Ways to achieve a mutual understanding to facilitate implementation
- An innovative approach to incremental change and continuous feedback for real benefits
- How to measure change and success throughout the life of the project
About your workshop leaders:

This workshop will be led by Tranzform Group’s Principal Consultant Brad Rilatt, with support from Managing Director Geoff Rinaldi and Professional Services Manager Mark Radcliffe.
Tranzform Group specialises in strategy execution and project implementation, with a mission to ensure that organisations gain all the benefits they expect from their investments in change. Its consultants have more than 15 years experience in business project implementation; ensuring projects address real business needs and are timely, sustainable and cost effective.
Recognizing that the typical approach to measuring time, cost and quality does not guarantee projects will deliver the full expected benefits, Tranzform Group has developed a technique that delivers measurable business benefits throughout the project. Applying this approach can:
- Achieve earlier, measurable return on investment;
- Minimise disruption to ongoing business operations; and
- Control the investment at every stage of a project.
9.00 - 4.00
In order to overcome fragmentation and duplication of services through e-health, health information needs to follow the continuum of care and actively incorporate the expertise, knowledge and data of community health services, pharmacists, allied health professionals and other practitioners.
Attend this workshop to learn how to actively engage with other health professionals. It will help you:
- Understand current levels of engagement between stakeholders and how they can be improved
- Learn about existing government support for the various health professionals and where funding is required
- Ways to improve collaboration in care delivery to improve efficiency and reduce staff workload
- Practical techniques on how to incorporate and share technology in service provision
